Background
Naphill and Walters Ash Out of School Club provides before and after school play-care for children of Naphill and Walters Ash School. A Holiday Club is also run during the school holidays. The Holiday Club is open to both the Regular Attendees and to children of primary school age who attend other local schools.
We are a not-for-profit organization which is managed by a committee of unpaid volunteers. The sessions are run and organized by a qualified supervisor and playworkers. All staff and committee members are CRB checked. The Club is registered with, and inspected by, Ofsted.

 | Out of School Club Fees
Regular Children
The definition of regular children is any child who attends the same session every week. This will include all full-time attendees or any child that only attends one session per week, but that session remains the same each and every week.
The fees for regular children will be £3.00 for the before-school session and £8.00 for the after-school session.
Ad Hoc Session
The definition of ad hoc session is a session that is requested which is not part of the regularly booked sessions. An example of an ad hoc session is a child who normally only attends each and every Wednesday after school session, but requests to attend a one-off additional Thursday after school session. Ad hoc sessions are only accepted if the planned session numbers make the space available. Therefore, ad hoc session bookings can be requested at any time but will not be confirmed more than 2 working days in advance.
The fees for ad hoc session children will be £4.00 for the before-school session and £10.00 for the after-school session. All ad hoc sessions must be paid for by the end of the session. Further attendance on an ad hoc basis will be refused until the fee has been paid.
